But hold up, what are Tartes Flambées anyway?

Let's start with the basics: tarte flambée is a traditional dish from the Alsace region of France. It's made of flat, crispy bread topped with a mixture of cream, onions, and bacon, then baked until it's golden and bubbly. It all started with some monks who lived in Alsace during the Middle Ages. These clergymen were known for their love of meals and exceptional wine, and they spent their days experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques.

They began with a flatbread dough, flattened it, then topped it with a combination of cream, onions, and bacon. Then, they roasted it in their timber fire oven until it turned into gentle and golden brown.

The other monks were blown away by how good the food tasted when they tried it! They named it tarte flambée, which translates to "flamed tart" in French, because the edges of the crust would sear and crisp up in the oven. From that point on, tarte flambée swiftly established itself as a regional delicacy in the Alsace region and was immediately embraced by other countries like Germany and Switzerland.

Today, tarte flambée is a popular dish in many restaurants and cafes across Europe. Although there are many versions of the meal, the traditional blend of cream, onions, and bacon remains a favorite among foodies and connoisseurs of the finer things in life.

Our recipes at Club Frienchy are created by co-owner chef Frederic Joulin.

He's not just any chef – he's a former personal chef to French President Jacques Chirac, and he's worked with three-star Michelin celebrity chef Guy Savoy.

You can be sure that the food is top-notch! 

And if that's not enough to make you drool, he was also the mastermind behind Villa Mayfair in Coconut Grove, Le Cafe des Arts, and Semilla in Miami Beach, Florida.

All of our recipes are easy to make, and we'll send you videos to make them even easier.

Plus, all of our products are available at Sysco, where you'll have a specific account.

Partnering with us is a piece of cake, or should we say tartes flambées? We'll send you our F@#king Delicious Tartes Flambées recipes, and take care of all the marketing and communication to bring orders straight to your restaurant. All you have to do is prepare the tartes flambées according to our recipes during your preparation time, vacuum-seal them to keep their freshness and flavors, and store them in your freezer (which also means zero food waste!).

When Club Frienchy sends you an order, simply pop those babies out of the freezer and either deliver them straight away or cook them in your oven for just 7 minutes. It's up to the customer (unless they choose the pick-up or dine-in option). They will love the convenience and speed of delivery, and your employees will have all the time to focus on your in-house customers.

When customers place an order, they have 3 choices for the delivery:

- Delivery right to their doorstep, with a 25%ish fee

- Pick up at your restaurant with a 6% fee

- Dine-in at your restaurant with no fee (you can opt-out from this option)
